Thank you for shopping with LuckyBunny. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
LuckyBunny currently ships within the continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping
LuckyBunny currently offers free standard shipping on orders within the United States.
Most orders are estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may happen due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, high order volume, incorrect addresses, or other factors outside our control.

Orders are shipped from Florida.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
LuckyBunny is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check around your delivery area, with household members, neighbors, apartment office staff, or your local carrier.

Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A clear photo of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, refund, or other solution if the item is confirmed to be damaged during shipping.
International Shipping
At this time, LuckyBunny primarily ships within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, shipping times, costs, taxes, duties, and import fees may vary by location.
