Thank you for shopping with LuckyBunny. We want you to be happy with your order, and we will do our best to help if something is wrong.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • Clean
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging when possible
  • Not damaged by use, cleaning, pets, or improper handling

Because the LuckyBunny CleanPaws Tray is a pet hygiene product, we cannot accept returns on used items unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used pet hygiene products
  • Items with urine, droppings, litter, bedding, hair, stains, odor, or signs of use
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without approval
  • Items outside the 30-day return window

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A clear photo of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
